Shipping policy

UK delivery

Shipping is free on all UK orders, with no minimum spend.

Orders are despatched the same or the next working day. Most UK orders arrive within 1 to 2 working days of despatch. Larger items such as seats may travel on a courier service rather than Royal Mail, which can occasionally add a day.

We despatch Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend go out on the next working day.

Tracking

You will receive a despatch confirmation by email as soon as your order leaves us, with tracking details where the service provides them.

International delivery

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and the options available to you are shown at checkout. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived when you expected it, email info@aq-parts.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us a photo so we can raise a claim and get a replacement out to you.
