This website is operated by AQ Parts Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17369692, with its registered office at 32 Little Green, Gosport, Hampshire, PO12 2EX. Throughout these terms, the words we, us and our refer to AQ Parts Ltd. By placing an order you agree to the terms set out below.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a despatch confirmation email. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we cannot verify your payment details.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. AQ Parts Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order and we cannot issue a VAT invoice. The price shown is the price you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before proceeding if a correction affects your order.

Product descriptions and fitment

We describe every part as accurately as we can, including dimensions, reference numbers and the machines it is known to fit. Fitment lists are a guide rather than a guarantee. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm that a part suits their machine before fitting it. If you are unsure, contact us before you order and we will help you check.

Trademarks and part numbers

AQ Parts Ltd is an independent supplier of replacement parts and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any original equipment manufacturer. Manufacturer names, model numbers and part numbers are used for identification and compatibility purposes only. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Parts supplied are aftermarket replacements unless a listing states otherwise.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying parts that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect fitting, from use of a part on a machine it was not intended for, or from work carried out by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
